I would get Roxanne(a huge morph pack for V2 in the rosity mp ) instead.. Depends maybe what you're after though.. If you want the extra polys and the better joints I guess v3 would do the trick.. If you want versatility I would recomend Roxanne.. I might also add that I'm not one of V3's biggest fans.. so you might want to ask some other ppl too for more "neutral" answers
