Unfortunately, and despite promises, no version of Windows yet includes any profile generating software. Adobe Gamma (not Gamma Loader) is an on-screen, by-eye monitor calibration and profiling utility, similar to what I believe Colorsync does. There are other, similar, tools (Powerstrip(?) or Wizzywig by Praxisoft) available as free-or shareware.
