The only other cheap way would be for them to pass the files through stuffit (standard compressor for Mac)after making sure that they have applied the proper suffixes to the files (eps, jpg etc...), e-mail the files to you and you could then decompresss them using stuffit expander for windows which you could download for free at http://www.aladdinsys.com/ Hope this helps
