To start with, you should have had an RSR (or PNG, but I'm not going to keep repeating that - it'll send us all to sleep!) with exactly the same name, before the dot, as each PZ2 file. You need to end up with an RSR with exactly the same name as the PZ2 now has (urk, grammar), or you will have a mass of shrugging guys and have to identify your poses by name. So, if you can see which RSR goes with which PZ2 by the name just click on PZ2, press F2, highlight the name (up to the dot), ctrl-c, click on RSR, highlight the name (up to the dot), ctrl-v, done. Once that's done you may have some orphans that will take a bit of matching up - if you're using ProPack (or have both PNG and RSR thumbnails from the installation) the Windows preview will let you see the thumbnail, which may help to work out where it belongs, or you can use P3DO to view the folder and see the RSR thumbnails that way. At the worts you may have to open Poser, apply preview-less Poses and follow any of the standard methods for generating a new RSR. When trying to identify PZ2s that lack RSRs in a folder the XP Tiles view can be useful, with sort by name, since it pairs things off neatly.
