it could be several things wrong....sometimes you have to unzip using the paths so that they install in the correct place...sometimes the author doesn't do that and you have to figure out where the different file types go and sometimes the author forgets to add some files or names them wrong....sometimes it asks for .bum files that you have to create from jpg files because the author didn't include it because it is just too large......could you be more specific about what it's looking for..
