One can only own ones own design concepts there of. Just like I can draw any kind of furry mink I want just so long as I don't draw Minerva Mink and try to sell her. Same concept. Though on an outside note, I do try to keep track of who is doing what for Koshini, not for permission but so that people don't have to announce what they are working on till it's close to completion. They can ask me and see if someone else is already working on it. I'm basically trying to avoid the problem of 14 different people doing a mermaid for Koshini, and they all release within a week of each other not knowing that anyone else was doing it too.
