Homestead have just done a major overhall recently and things do seem to have improved (a bit) Personally I think the more traffic Homestead gets, hopefully, will cause them to keep on improving.In particular the actual site building, range of services they provide, eg regular site stats emailed every monthand so on + it's all free no adverts on your page and it's easy.
