I should hope not because that would mean Renderosity is complicit in the deceit. This type of thing should not be tolerated at all. stasisxxx should have his store closed, no more money should be sent to him, cancel any checks not cashed yet, ban him from the site permanently and send a warning to all other Poser merchandise sites.
