I'll have to give it a try. But, I must also bring up the program NEAT IMAGE. It's a really cool program that for me, does the job quite well. The camera I have, the Minolta Dimage 7hi, is very infamous for noise. ISO 100 has a lot of noise, bearable, but pretty bad for that low of an ISO. With the help of their really cool reset profiles available at the Neat Image site, (I use the Dimage 7i profiles), I can make the noise go away perfectly, it's amazing! The only problem is that the program costs $30 bucks, but I found it well worth that price and purchased it. There is a trial version, you so all can give it a try. To make the program work, all you have to know (as long as you use their pre-done profiles, which they have in a variety of cameras) is the ISO and shutter speed it was shot. When you load the image, it tells you this, so it's really easy. Then you load the profile that has the same iso and shutter speed. You can then set a bunch of different ways for it to take away the noise and get a quick preview before you render the final image. It's simple (after reading the instructions) and works well!
