Please don't take this the wrong way, just how I see it, but the image looks like clipart to me. All the elements look great, but none of them seem to fit together. the dragon color and the ground that its next to are to similar, her raised hand is to dark against the tree bark. she doesn't seem to be looking at the dragon or maybe the dragon is placed behind her. I like the fog in the background but the fog on the right and the clear on the left seems odd, it may help to lose the fog on the close right maybe only keep it in the back on the right in the distance. I like the concept you have keep workin it. I think this could turn out to be an even better picture.
