Lindy, I'll stick around and also Lobo, I hope, is reading this (I'm assuming). If you haven't opened your patch and looked at the files yet, it will seem more confusing--one you look at them, this will make sense (I put off installing the final patch until I got Victoria and realized for her to work correctly I had to install the patch--and it was a cinch to do). However, if you are familiar with Poser and its folders (geometry, libraries, etc), then these will ring a bell with you. I think---- that there is at least one folder that says on the folder title or within what to do with it. The others just mean you have to look for where they are--for instance, if a file is in Runtime/libraries/characters/animals (or some such), just find that folder and look for the file (I think the snake is one of these). Then--copy the file from your new patch folder and paste it into the correct folder. It will say (if you are PC) 'this folder contains a file with this name' (or some message like this)--you will have to choose to overwrite--do it and the correct file is in the correct folder. Diane B
