You need to close Poser before you import a Pz3 into Vue, otherwise you always will get an error message. Vue will then ask you the first time to locate your Poser.exe file (locate Poser 4 exe!!). After it should work great. If necessary, reboot your machine before you try to do that. And if every thing gets wrong, go to the support at e-on's site and maybe also tell us step by step what you're doing, your OS and so. We may be able to help you out. Guitta
