Subject: Store Problem

To whome it may concern; Ive been trying to make several purchases through the marketplace all weekend, but it seems everytime i add in info.. it wont go through. the following is the error recieved. Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Premature end of script headers: easesvr If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster Error 500 market.bondware.com Mon 16 Jun 2003 12:53:12 PM CDT Apache/2.0.40 (Red Hat Linux)

Hi silveril, When you say "Add in info" Where are you and what are you doing. If you can elaborate on where exactly you are getting this error it will help us troubleshoot the problem. Thanks, Clint

i have a list of items ..that shows up in card..then head to check out where it says..add creditcard, name and adress info... i add all my information, then it says click to submit order...i hit submit and get the error i listed above.

I'll see if the programers have any ideas. We are processing other orders without any problems so I'm thining its not actually a programing error. Are you on a PC or MAC? What Browser and version are you using? What OS and version? Let me know. Thanks, Clint

I am using a PC, windows XP and using IE for browser

Hmm...That sounds fine and should work. Do you have any firewall software running that may be interfering? If so - Try disabling or lowering its protection while placing the order and see if that helps. Dont enter any spaces in your credit card number. Make sure its all one string of numbers. Let me know. i had that happen once, was a error in my CC info ;) just a thought :)
