Yeah that whole avi-mat on the prop thread is waaaaay down there. That has nothing to do with this. In this case, the avi is used as the BACKGROUND in the document window. That avi you can see. (if you can't see that avi then there is a problem) Place the camera at the appropriate location relative to your poser figure (in outline mode) which is aligns to your avi-actor. You animate (rotoscope of sorts) your poser figure over the motions of the actor in the avi.
