Normally I'd strongly advise against any such movement of applications without a reinstall. I personally would reinstall to the new location, and then delete the lot of the folders and replace them with my old ones. Having said that... I've just had a (very quick) look at what Poser does in fact add to the registry, and I must agree that it's minimal. However, you will encounter problems should you wish to uninstall, and also Poser includes keys such as: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTpz3fileshellopencommand which tells windows where the executable for opening of Poser files is located.
