One way to do it would be to use Stephanie and the Tailor. Steph is based on Michael's mesh, but wears Victoria's hair and clothes. I'd create my character using Michael's morphs, spawn a new morph target for each body part then use morph manager to transfer them to Stephanie. Then I could use the Tailor to copy those morphs onto Victoria's clothing, as V2 clothes fit Steph almost perfectly. I don't know how successful that would be - I've had a lot of success mixing Steph and Mike morphs for androgynous characters but I've never tried adding clothing. Of course, if you're a poser expert the best way to do it is forget the above and use magnets to morph the clothes. Vicky clothing will conform to Mike, and vice versa - the joint parameters are slightly different so it doesn't conform perfectly, and of course it doesn't fit. But magnets can fix both those problems.
