As a result, it was brought, by a moderator, to the moderator team for review. 3. The criterion for review was "is this image suitable for a site which aims to be family friendly?" 4. Each moderator considered the image and placed a vote. 5. The result of the vote was that the image was not suitable. 6. Your image was removed. Would that sound like the actions of a junta to a reasonable person? No, I didn't think so. The TOS is written as it is precisely for borderline images such as the one you posted. If we wrote a hard and fast set of rules, covering every possible juxtaposition of limbs, objects and other body parts we would have no discretion to remove images which don't directly break a precise rule but which nonetheless are over the line for a site which aims to be family friendly.
