To begin with you want to make sure that the Camera Animation key is on (white). from there you start with your character in the position you wish to begin with.
Open your keyframe "pallet" and estimate how many key frames you will want or need, you can also add more key frames if you need more. With your character in the position you wish to start with and your keyframes being set to 001 (should read something like this: Frame:001 of 300 (or however many keyframes your using))add a keyframe(or the + symbol as it may be) for the beggining of the animation. from there move your key frame to 005 (depending on how fast or slow you want it to go, 005 is what i would normally use for the key frames, it allows less flaw) and rotate your camera to the second position you wish to have (which shouldnt be very far from the first camera position seeing as how your only using 5 keyframes between each camera move). Repeat that process untill your back to the position you began with and delete the uneeded frames. (for example, i did a quick test just to make sure i knew what i was doing. I started with 300 key frames but only needed 45 so when i had all of the key frames i wanted i simply clicked on the number in the right hand key frame box which would be 300 and changed the number to 45.) Just experiment with the amount of key frames and how far apart you position the camera between each keyframe.
