But, after having the QA staff cut to 20% of its original, the CL management was under a gun to release - finished or not - or face execution. It was released in the "or not" state and they were still executed. The choice to release - when and in what state - was not their's. It was mandated from afar using arbitrary deadlines. Given the nature of the pressure they were under, EGISYS had them targeted for a much longer time. In reality, the whole thing never recovered from the Ponzie scheme that was MC.
