My experience with DAZ when Reba was there was just a dream. For example I emailed her about some problem. She solved it and get back to me with the answer. And... after some time she get back to me again to check if everything was OK. Last week I had a problem. I emailed and there was no answer. I needed a fast solution, so I called them. The help over the phone was excellent. The guy who I spoke to solved all the problems I had with my purchase. So I think, instead of waiting for an email answer, you have to call them.
