The dynamic cloth and hair features, as well as firefly, make it worthwhile. I agree with whbos about the need for a fast processor and a lot of memory. I am using a Pentium IV but have only 512 MB of memory. Poser gets real slow with some of the functions. I am thinking about getting more memory.
