Hi One of the the things that annoyed me about the comunities idea was not necessarily the idea it ws the fact that it was another one of those darn pull downs. when we were told that the situation would be monitored for 2 months after a lot of people said they disliked them. then what do we get another one! it just seems to me that the designer is altering things not for any good reason but just because he can. As someone else said I think that there are other areas of the site which could actualy benefit from these not necessarily the places that they are used now. Forinstance the web ring or some of the marketplace/features. It just seems like a duplication of information to me fine why not put the comunities where the back rooms are? Then rename the forums (forae?) comunities? but take then out of the drop down so that they can be seen at a glance. Btw I do like the idea of the 'fund' but I can see the argument against . Dave
