I don't usually browse the galleries, so if I comment at all, it's because someone put a link in the forum and said, 'Hey, look at my pic!" I may look but not comment if I don't have anything to say, or don't know how to say it, or it's already been said many times. I will comment if I think it is useful, or if there is a dearth of comments. I mostly hang out in the forum, though.
