It's not fully conformable, but there are extensive morphs for natural and not so natural movement, including thigh and shin bends. I can't post any pictures for you, as I broke my left arm 2 days ago and I'm left handed. All Poser use is out as I don't have enough control in my right hand to use the mouse for anything other than basic point and click. Sorry I couldn't do that for you :(
