rnollman - There's no problem with the dress and there are a squillion (okay, several) morph dials relating to movement and shape for the skirt in the "Body" group of the dress. Additionally, there is a 'Body Handle' (check for the little red cone under the dress) that allows for even more customized movement options. If you're unfamiliar with the use of 'Body Handles', Daz has a tutorial in the Arcana/Daz section of their website.
