I saw someone a rating of 'needs work' once and was really critical in the review...and this person that did the picture had just started, like it was their first picture and wanted comments...hhaha...but at least the poster was honest (probably could have been a bit more easy in the comment area though...they were very very harsh.) Anyhow, I do agree with the points you made...I appreciate greats and excellents as much as anyone...but some work out there that deserves nice and goods are hurting the artists that truly do excellent work.
