1: email the company for some basic tech support (I assume the scanner has some sort of model name and number on it). 2: ask the film scanning pros here for help. 3: don't leave anyways. just cuz you may not upload photos don't mean u gotta leave for good. I haven't posted a photo in over a year I believe, never stopped me from posting (under other names, b/pm is a new one).
