"Diet Coke" Always the possibility she just liked the TASTE of the diet Coke - Not that fond of it, myself, but my favorite beverage is Diet Pepsi. I'll go thirsty, or drink plain water before drinking any sugared soda, because I'm used to it, and the sugar leaves a horrible aftertaste in my mouth. Always. On the rare occasions I splurge, and eat something like an ice-cream cone or pastry, I always follow it with a Diet Pepsi to get rid of the sugar aftertaste. Just a random comment...... Hope you're improving every day _dodger. Hang in there... I've been laid up for 5 weeks from a herniated disk. I cost myself an extra 2 weeks of pain by doing too much too soon. I hate feeling fragile, and refused to let others do for me. Be patient, and don't overdo it. You'll be better before you know it.
