Right now, I believe 15,000 characters. (I need to double check the number, but I know it's over 10,000 characters including spaces.) That's about 5 pages. If you have something that's longer, you can always do a Part II, Part III, etc. I think breaking things up makes it easier on people to read, any way. I find it hard to read large blocks of text on computer screens.
