Kaylic, Try this: Make up a blank image in your graphics program and save it as Victoria3.jpg. When you load V3, and it asks for that texture, browse for the file and load it. Once you have her loaded, you can then reapply the default material settings (Pose/!Victoria 3 MATS, I believe), and resave her to the library.
