Win98 doesn't know from dual boot, so the way to do this is install Win98 first, and then Install WinNT or Win2K. WinNT/2K will take care of the dual boot during the install. If you're installing WinNT, make sure it's on a regular Fat partition, since WinNT can't read Fat32 like Win98 can.
