PoseRay (which EricofSD mentioned above) will import the lights, cameras and materials from a Poser PZ3. You also have to export the scene as an obj from Poser but the process is simple and pretty well documented. POVRay can produce some stunning renders but really mastering it requires learning the command language. PoseRay does give you easy access to a basic subset of the rendering functions (including radiosity) to get you started. And it's FREE.
