Well I think you might not be seeing the whole model. We got these instructions from pictures we took the day we saw it and from some research, we do have a flyer wheel and the stool is poseable, you can move it, in the first picture we just moved it out of the way so you could all see the Spinning wheel. We are missing one small wheel, but this is most of where we got our info. Hope this helps clarify this model. Sharen
