When you are in the DTE if you hold down either cntr or alt while clicking on the random selector at the bottom right of the combined textures it will open up an image file of all the bump, basic, cloud textures. You can then add the new texture to this list with any name you want. I hope this isn't too confusing, I don't have Bryce open just now so what I've said comes from my hazy memory, i just knoe that it is possible.
