The San Fransico Bay Area! (Oakland is centrally located.) Pixar is a few blocks south of me, and Trippet Studios is about a mile north. ILM is across the bay. There are dozens of tiny studios, too. Since CuriousLabs is 75 miles south, we'd possibly be able to get a speaker or two from them. With 3 airports, massive harbors, train stations, etc., transportation is easy.
