Okay .. won't state the obvious (underexposure), but want to say ... wow ... can you look anywhere in Rome and not see beautiful and incredible sculpture and architecture? And the statues are so huge. As for not using PS, I can understand it. I too am in search of the "perfect shot". Where exposure and composition on the film's frame is perfect. My biggest problem right now isn't exposure, it's cropping in frame. I can't seem to figure out how much my camera's viewfinder is or isn't showing me. So, most of the time I have to crop the image in PS. One question though. Do you at least use PS or some editing program to color correct and slighly sharpen your scanned images? -=>Donald
