I think it's a great idea to have at least a breakdown of the TOS in the galleries here. At the top of the page, so no one can plead ignorance....If you can post here, you can read the TOS. Or, a test of the TOS to become a member. In order to become a full member, you have to pass a test at least to 80% correct. Just a thought....it's what I do on my MSN comm. And it works there!
