Use the torus prop that comes with Poser and a bump map. Then use postwork to blend the edges into Mike's skin. I'd post an example, butt...... Ulf is definitly the expert. GayPoserArt is the place to find him, and really the best place for questions about this. The folks there are very helpful (over 1500 members at last count).
