Your Mac will automatically save it there." That is what I usually do but it won't work this time. I also tried holding down the mouse button and using the menu to copy to clipboard, save this image and also, copy this image to a location. Nothing works! Any other suggestions? (ps: I've been using computers for 20 years. oops, giving away my age here, ha, ha) Aeriol
