Ok, the problem is solved. Thanks to Josh from Reiss who spend quite some time! I cannot pin-point the root cause, but what basically solved it was to re-install Poser 5 and Body Studio without Norton Antivirus installed. I do not blame any of the mentioned software since again I have no idea of the root cause of the problem.
