The great thing about Mimic2Pro (can't speak for the features in Mimic2), is that you have control over the facial features... Out of the box, it generates a pose that speaks the voice file, blinks, does a bit of head bobbing and raises eyebrows if the tone seems to imply it. Then you can tweak the facial expression morphs to your heart's content , use preset facial expressions (sad, angry, happy, ect) for the whole thing, 2 seconds of it then switch expressions, blend them, what have you; fiddle with phenomes if the character doesn't move its lips the way you think, say "eh" or "ah" should be said. I'm still learning how to use the program... There's a LOT more control than Mimic 1. If you have need of speaking animation, I highly recommend this program. I spent the money just to play with it, I'm not a professional in any sense and doubt 3d art will ever send a dollar my way. Currently, I am working on an animation with 2 speakers. I've got it to where they say their lines to each other in turn, but I made some boo-boos that will take some time to fix...
