I'm with Djeser, as I also run Vue in PC and agree with what he said. Few pointers, even though not sure whether they will be helpful for your case in Mac! In PC - If Vue crashes with no particular reason, while you working or opening or saving ... mostly it would be the O/S is not cooperating with Vue. If it crashes in perticular operation only (ie, terrain editor), it might be some corrupted Vue drivers or bugs. If Vue freezes up and gives you "hard error" or "fatal error", randomly & often, it could easily be guesses as a hardware/driver related issue. The bottom line is something or someone in your computer is not liking Vue! I THINK, the bet would be, (I'm sure you know this, but I'm writing it anyhow) Uninstall Vue, do a file search and delete everything that has Vue name in it in your comp. Update all your drivers and O/S ... or at least check. Close all programs as advised (most particularly anti-virus or anything like that, which runs in the background). Then install, followed by updates. (don't know what is "cocktail" or "prebinding", so can't say anything about that.) In any case, hope you get to enjoy Vue soon.
