Well, we all have bad days...I'm having one myself today. It pays to remember, and I often don't so I'm not suggesting this is something that I'm good at, is that everyone here is volunteering their time to help each other. If they have been around for a long time, they have answered the same question 10 or 15 or more times. It is a new problem for you, an old solution for them. So if someone gets a little impatient, it isn't out of bad will. It is always a good strategy to check the manual or search the forums or take a look in the FAQ section of the Poser backroom before asking a question because the answer is already there. And you may still not be able to find it because the search engine on the forums, as we all know, is limited. Be a little patient. We know you want the answer quickly, and I think you'll find the response is remarkable around here. There's a wealth of information and I find I learn something every day just by reading the forums. It is also a remarkably forgiving group, in large measure, as you will find over time. It also helps to clearly state what your problem is in the subject line. "Poser 5 - texture won't load for Victioria 3" instead of "I need help" so that people with the information can find your qeustion easier. Just a thought. Take care.
