They both wear commonly found clothing (Yuka Vicky wears V1/2 clothes, as does Aiko), which puts them at the top of the list IMHO. Yuka has a harder time w/ textures (though I've found that if you're careful, you can sample your target V2 body texture and make it into a generic head texture), but I've been extremely impressed with the entire mesh makeover done (I wish I could remember the URL, but recent freestuff has been made for her.) Aiko is my absolute favorite, though... she's the most versatile, can use any Steph texture without breaking a sweat, and the body morphs make her/him/it the most usable in the lot. Koshini is cool, but tends to be a bit too cutesy-cartoony for my tastes (the four-fingered/four-toed thing mostly), and seems more in keeping with the 'Powerpuff Girls' fanbase than a crusty old guy who happens to like Anime/Manga. Asciicodeplus (the gent whose name SnowSultan was trying to type out) has a real fascinating project coming along, but he's stuck with RL duties, so I'm stuck with merely anticipating his results eagerly. /P
