that's always nice to hear :) I bumped into another problem last month. someone had paid from (surprise!) the hair tutorial with a fake credit card. I don't know if that person was alloved to download it, but I ended up owing the 7$ to r'osity. It's OK, I did sell enough to make up for it. (I had already gotten the money sent off to paypal when the fraud was discovered, which is why I owed the money back.) But I never really thought this was a place where imposters would buy stuff with fake cards and stuff. but my main concern was if the person had been able to download my product.
