Sometimes I do not know if you're just being silly or serious Tedz :)
so here's a shot explanation of how to work the measure tool to correct your horizon (using PS7)..
- Open your image (duh)
- Select the measure tool, it's hidden under the eyedropper tool, just click and hold the little arrow in the corner of that button and select the ruler.
- Now that you have the right tool selected, click and hold on the left side of the image a point on the horizon
- move the pointer over to the right side of the image and select a point on the horizon and release the mousebutton. You should now have a line in your image
- from the 'Image' menu choose 'rotate canvas' and then 'arbitrary'. The right value is already entered, all you have to to is click 'OK'
- Now you should have a horizontal horizon :)
