wonderful house! o my - ok folks already said a witches broom - but if I call it a Witches Besom maybe that will qualify hehe :) my second guess is a hand-held shower head [with pulsing action!] and I have to reserve my third guess as I am at my wits end here! what a combo hehe :) but... something may come to me yet!
