is only for items you bought that within 30 days went into Platinum, right? That's all I could find in the info on the site.

Steve Kondris seemed to say it was for anything. After all, you could always exercise your refund right and then buy a new copy.

Thanks. Well, guess I can send email and cross my fingers. I discovered I spent a good bit the last 30 days over there (:😊: I had NO idea I'd spent so much) and the majority of items now cost less.

I just included my order numbers in the email that I sent Daz. Voucher was issued quickly. Finally I got the sea dragon I've been wanting that for months ...can't ever seem to bring myself to spend 50.00 on 1 single item.

if you buy an item and within 30 days of the purchase a sale happens or the price lowers you can email Daz and they will voucher you the difference.

Hmm I just checked my account to see if there was any action to my e-mail and seem to have lost my PC status even though I did have viable CC on file. Anyone else have this happen? Maybe they're just working on it and will return it today. I was set to renew today and was hoping to see my freebies.

Webmaster had to leave early Friday Steve said. It's the weekend and Daz usually doesn't have anybody around on weekends. Give it til monday and I'm sure Daz will set everything straight. Huge sale, lots going on, they just need a minute to breath. You can always call them toll free if your in the USA on monday and have them look into any problems or questions your having.

Yes, I did send an e-mail. It was just a little frustrating that it was today and I will will have to wait until Monday to find out what happened. I think it must be a glitch with the system since my card is good and I had payment selected for automatic renewal today.
