If you are using the models that came with P4, then you are using the P4Fem model (also known as Posette). She does not have a pregnancy morph by default. There used to be many places on the Net you could get this kind of morph for her, but it may take some searching as she is not as widely supported as she used to be. If you have the Poser4 ProPack (which I'm guessing you don't), you have the ability to use magnets to modify the model. They are located under the Objects menu. Arduino (www.3dpmr.com/Artists/Arduino/index.asp) has a Eve model in his Freestuff downloads that uses the P4Fem. It is likely to have a pregnancy morph.
