The face is nice. To get it more like you though, I'd see about widening the nose bridge a little, yours is wider; and if there's a way to widen the space between the eyebrows - maybe widening the nose bridge will do that - or maybe adjusting the texture (and/or transmap). Then it'll look a lot like you. A second look shows that you might want to do something with the tip of the nose too. A little less sharp and either move it up a little or in a little. Good work.
